Contemporary academic discourses on public administration have revealed that the problems and issues related to public administration and public sector management are deeply linked with the process and practices of formulation and implementation of public policies. It is also evident from national, regional and international experiences that the problematic of governance in developing countries are also intertwined with the dilemma and inconsistencies in the policy making processes. In view of that, most of the graduate schools in reputed universities both in developing and developed countries are coming up with academic program linking the discourses of governance and public policy. The duration of such programs is generally of two-years, with course works and in-depth empirical research and thesis .
With such assumptions, this program has been designed in active collaboration with a leading European University with considerable experience in designing and managing international program in academic training and teaching of public policy and governance.
